Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden sowie unsere Verkaufsstellen und sorgen mit Ihrem Engagement für ein positives Kundenerlebnis. Ob per Telefon oder per E-Mail: Sie beantworten Fragen kompetent, finden Lösungen und unterstützen bei technischen sowie produktspezifischen Anliegen rund um die vielfältige Swisslos-Welt.

Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team stellen Sie sicher, dass Anfragen schnell, zuverlässig und kundenorientiert bearbeitet werden. Dabei behalten Sie auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick und tragen aktiv zur hohen Servicequalität von Swisslos bei.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache sowie gute Italienischkenntnisse
  • Französisch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und an der lösungsorientierten Bearbeitung von Anliegen
  • Interesse an Lotterieprodukten, Sportwetten und digitalen Entwicklungen
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich, freundlich und professionell zu vermitteln
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
