Společnost Swisspearl Česká republika a.s. hledá schopného a zodpovědného kolegu či kolegyni na pozici procesní inženýr/ka. Tato pozice je přímo podřízena technickému manažerovi. Místo výkonu práce: Šumperk.Náplň práce- zpracovávat a vyvíjet postupy a koncepty pro zlepšení technických procesů- vytvářet procesní modely, testovat jejich funkčnost a implementovat je do procesů organizace- kontrolovat efektivitu a účinnost jednotlivých procesů a v případě potřeby učinit opatření pro optimalizaci procesů- zajišťování školení a prezentací týkajících se realizovaných opatření a projektů na zlepšeníPožadujeme- SŠ/VŠ technického směru- zaměření na stavební hmoty nebo chemii výhodou- znalost anglického jazyka na komunikativní úrovni (B2)- znalost běžně používaných systémů a metod projektového řízení a standardů integrovaných systémů managementu (IMS) apod.- zkušenosti s aplikovanou statistikou, podpůrnými softwarovými nástroji a jejich využitím pro zefektivnění každodenní práce- znalosti v oblasti koučování provozních projektů a schopnost komunikovat obsah procesů- znalost práce s technickou dokumentací- analytické myšlení a schopnost abstrakce- samostatnost, iniciativa a rozhodnost- zkušenost s výrobními procesy a zajištěním kvality- schopnost týmové spolupráce a motivace ostatních- schopnost porozumět zpracování a analýze datDalší benefity: příspěvek pro děti zaměstnanců na letní rekreace 1 800 Kč/rok nebo lyžařské kurzy 1 400 Kč/rok, příspěvky na kulturní akce 500 Kč/rok, příspěvky na sportovní aktivity, příspěvky na regeneraci pracovních sil 500 Kč/rok, příspěvky při pracovním a životním jubileu, zvýhodněné mobilní tarifyPracovní doba: Pondělí - Pátek 6:00-14:00Pracovní smlouva: na dobu určitou s možností prodloužení.Kontakt: telefonicky Po-Pá od 8-143:00 hod., e-mailem.
