Teamlead HR Services \& Payroll 100% (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Bereichs HR Services \& Payroll mit 3 Mitarbeitenden
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die effiziente und gesetzeskonforme Abwicklung sämtlicher HR\-Administrations\-, Payroll\- und Sozialversicherungsprozesse
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und korrekten Lohnverarbeitung inklusive aller Vor\- und Nacharbeiten
  • Verantwortung für die korrekte Abrechnung von Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuern und weiteren gesetzlichen Abgaben
  • Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung der HR\-Prozesse sowie aktive Mitgestaltung der HR\-Systemlandschaft
  • Erstellung und Analyse relevanter HR\-Kennzahlen sowie Management\-Reportings in Zusammenarbeit mit der lokalen HR\-Leitung
  • Verantwortung für den Jahresabschluss im Bereich Payroll und Sozialversicherungen
  • Leitung sowie aktive Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden HR\- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen in payroll\- und sozialversicherungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Themenspezifische Verantwortung für Zeiterfassung, Schichtmodelle und die dazugehörigen Bewilligungen
  • Erarbeitung der individuellen Rahmenbedingungen im Bereich International Mobility

Voraussetzungen

  • Kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Grundausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Bereich Human Resources, Payroll oder Sozialversicherungen
  • Mehrjährige Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im Bereich HR Services, HR Administration und Payroll
  • Erfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld bzw. einer Matrixorganisation von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Arbeits\-/ Sozialversicherungsrechts und Arbeitszeitgesetz
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie eine gewinnende und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, vernetztes Denken und Freude daran, Prozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln und zu optimieren
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
