Sie sucht eine Führungspersönlichkeit, die Administration und Finanzen verantwortet und als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung die Zukunft des Unternehmens mitgestaltet. Unsere Auftraggeberin bietet Ihnen eine langfristige Perspektive mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und Gestaltungsspielraum.

Stellenprofil

  • Führung des Administrationsteams und Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe im Hintergrund
  • Verantwortung für Liquiditätsplanung, Reporting und Debitorenmanagement
  • Leitung des Personalwesens
  • Beratung der Geschäftsleitung in organisatorischen und strategischen Fragen, auf Augenhöhe und mit Blick fürs Ganze
  • Einbringen Ihrer Erfahrung und eigener Impulse bei Marketing\- und Projektaktivitäten

Anforderungen

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung; Sie führen klar, fachlich versiert und respektvoll
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung (z. B. HF/FH oder FA) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundierter Praxiserfahrung
  • Fachwissen in Finanzen, Administration und HR
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Diskretion
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit Abacus und Italienischkenntnisse
