Zur Verstärkung unseres Einkaufsteams an unserem Standort in Boswil AG suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als \\Einkäufer/in 80 %\\ Damit unsere Produktionsanlagen täglich Höchstleistungen erbringen können, braucht es eine zuverlässige Materialversorgung. Genau hier kommst du ins Spiel: Mit deinem Organisationstalent, deinem technischen Verständnis und deinem Gespür für Termine sorgst du dafür, dass Rohstoffe, Betriebsmittel und technische Komponenten zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort verfügbar sind. So leistest du einen entscheidenden Beitrag für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf. \\Das erwartet dich bei uns\\ \* Du beschaffst Roh\\-, Hilfs\\- und Betriebsmaterialien sowie technische Artikel für Unterhalt, Investitionen und Projekte der swisspor D\\-CH im In\\- und Ausland. \* Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Produktionsstandorte jederzeit mit den benötigten Materialien versorgt sind und vermeidest Lieferengpässe. \* Gemeinsam mit den Abteilungsleitenden planst und überwachst du Bestände, damit die Produktion reibungslos laufen kann. \* Du holst Angebote ein, vergleichst Offerten und klärst Preise sowie Konditionen ab. \* Du koordinierst Transporte und Zollformalitäten und behältst Liefertermine sowie Wareneingänge stets im Blick. \* Du erkennst mögliche Termin\\- oder Lieferabweichungen frühzeitig und leitest die notwendigen Massnahmen ein. \* Du prüfst Lieferpapiere, Auftragsbestätigungen und Bestellungen auf ihre Übereinstimmung. \* Du erstellst Auswertungen und Statistiken und unterstützt das Team bei administrativen Aufgaben. \\Das bringst du mit\\ \* Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit technischem Flair oder über eine technische Grundausbildung mit einer kaufmännischen Weiterbildung. \* Idealerweise hast du bereits Einkaufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen gesammelt. \* Du verstehst die Zusammenhänge zwischen Einkauf, Lager und Produktion und weisst, wie wichtig eine termingerechte Materialversorgung für einen störungsfreien Produktionsablauf ist. \* Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick. \* Du denkst voraus, setzt Prioritäten und handelst lösungsorientiert. \* Du verfügst über sehr gute MS\\-Office\\-Kenntnisse. \* Dein Deutsch ist stilsicher in Wort und Schrift. \* Gute Englischkenntnisse sind für den internationalen Einkauf wichtig.
