AGENT(E)S D'ESCALE LOUNGE & VIP (M/F/D) TAUX D'OCCUPATION | 85% - 100% STATION | GENÈVE AÉROPORT

MISSION

En tant qu'ambassadeur(drice) de nos prestations d'exception, vous assurez une expérience fluide et haut de gamme aux passagers.

TÂCHES PRINCIPALES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Offrir une prise en charge personnalisée, chaleureuse et irréprochable aux clients VIP et aux passagers des salons
  • Contrôler l'éligibilité des voyageurs et enregistrer rigoureusement les entrées sur nos systèmes informatiques dédiés
  • Veiller à la tenue impeccable et au prestige de la zone de réception en tout temps
  • Entretenir une collaboration fluide et constructive avec nos clients compagnies aériennes et nos partenaires aéroportuaires

PROFIL DE COMPÉTENCES

  • Sens aigu du service de luxe, diplomatie, aisance relationnelle et posture proactive face à une clientèle exigeante
  • Sang-froid éprouvé, excellente gestion du stress et capacité à hiérarchiser les priorités avec autonomie
  • Présentation soignée et posture professionnelle irréprochables en toutes circonstances

PRÉREQUIS

  • Expérience de deux ans minimum dans la gestion de passagers ou en espace Lounge aéroportuaire
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l-anglais (parlé et écrit). Toute autre langue est un atout
  • Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office
  • Permis de conduire voiture obligatoire

CONDITIONS D'ENGAGEMENT

  • Contrat à salaire mensuel avec taux de travail (85% - 100%)
  • Rémunération selon fonction CCT
  • Des horaires irréguliers entre 05h00 et 22h30 y compris samedi et dimanche
