Le tue caratteristiche ideali

  • Laurea in Economia o affini
  • Predisposizione alla comunicazione
  • Propensione commerciale e alla negoziazione
  • Conoscenza di Power Point e Excel
  • Capacità relazionali unite a capacità analitiche

Cosa farai e cosa imparerai

  • Supporterai il team di Sales & Partnership in termini di scouting di nuovi partner e di sviluppo dei canali esistenti imparando ad ampliare un network commerciale, migliorarlo e renderlo più efficace
  • Gestirai la collaborazione con i partner calendarizzando follow up (anche visite di persona) per monitorare l’andamento della partnership sviluppando quelle che sono le skill organizzative
  • Analizzerai KPI, performance e terrai monitorato l’andamento delle attività con partner esistenti su base settimanale
  • Ti occuperai della redazione di proposte e documenti per i partner sviluppando e migliorando sempre più l’utilizzo di strumenti come Excel e Power Point
  • Andrai ad identificare le eventuali opportunità di miglioramento su prodotti, processi e servizi offerti lavorando anche al lancio di nuove iniziative imparando così ad avere una vision più ampia e proiettata al futuro in relazione alla potenzialità del prodotto
