Vil du være med til at videreudvikle vores akutkoncept? Vi søger introlæger i Akutmedicin Hvem er du? Du er meget nysgerrig på akutmedicin, og overvejer om det kunne være en karrierevej for dig. Du har lyst til at tage ejerskab for afdelingen, og være en aktiv spiller i hvordan Akutmodtagelsen i Esbjerg skal udvikle sig tværfagligt for de akutte patienter de næste år. Du er kulturbærende i forhold til engagement og ordentlighed, villig til at gå helhjertet ind i vores arbejde med compassion som basis for et psykologisk trygt arbejdsmiljø, med høj grad af selv- og medbestemmelse. Du ønsker at lære af dine og mine fejl, for at vi bliver endnu bedre til at modtage akutte patienter. Du bliver en del af et tværfagligt kollegie med stærkt engagement for den akutte patient og specialet akutmedicin.

Om afdelingen Lige nu er vi 15 speciallæger, 11 HU-læger og 11 Introlæger i akutmedicin. Fra mats 2027 skal vi også modtage AP-læger, som skal uddannes hos os. Vi er 140 sygeplejersker/assistenter og 19 lægesekretærer. Vi er alle sammen klar til at inkludere dig i vores fællesskab.

Vi modtager ca. 48.000 patienter om året med mobil akutmodtagelse, brede modtagepladser, fast-track og skadestue.

Vagterne: Vores arbejdstider/vagter er følgende: • 08:00-18:00/17:45-08:30 • 08:00-16:00 - skadestuearbejde

Du skal forvente at have nattevagt 4 gange om måneden og arbejde hver 2. weekend. Om natten er der to mellemvagter og en bagvagt til at modtage i gennemsnit 1,2 patienter i timen, heraf 1-2 akutkald pr vagt.

Uddannelsen Du vil få en hoveduddannelseslæge som hovedvejleder, men alle læger i afdelingen tager ansvar for gensidig læring. Du vil få EMCC kursus og oplæring i ultralyd.

Lægefaglige kvalifikationer: Du har gennemført KBU.

Praktiske oplysninger Vi har mulighed for at ansætte 3 introlæger med opstart:

  • 1. december 2026 (1 introlæge)
  • 1. februar 2027 (2 introlæger)
  • eller opstart efter nærmere aftale
