Du kan blive vores nye kollega i Ortopædkirurgisk Ambulatorium, Esbjerg Grindsted Sygehus

Vi mangler en lægesekretær/sundhedsadministrativ koordinator fra den 1. november 2026 eller snarest.

Vi søger en kollega med et godt humør til et fælles team for ortopædkirurgi på 13 lægesekretærer fordelt på lokaliteterne Esbjerg og Grindsted. Vi er i samarbejde en vigtig ressource i udrednings- og behandlingsforløbet for vores patienter, hvor der forventes at alle tager medansvar og er løsningsorienteret.

Ortopædkirurgisk Afdeling er fordelt på 2 matrikler (Grindsted og Esbjerg), hvor vi varetager diagnostik og behandling samt efterkontrol. Der er sengeafsnit og ambulatorie i Esbjerg. I Grindsted udføres primært ambulant aktivitet og dagkirurgi. Din plads vil som udgangspunkt være i Esbjerg.

I løbet af en arbejdsuge vil du komme rundt om alle arbejdsopgaver i tæt samarbejde med dine kollegaer. Vi arbejder efter et ugeskema, så ingen dage er ens. Du vil få ansvaret for dine egne lægers programmer og administrative opgaver.

Stillingen er vagtbærende med 3-6 vagter i en 12-ugers plan – hverdagsvagter kl. 09.00-17.00 og weekendvagter kl. 10.00-18.00.

Vi forventer at du: er uddannet lægesekretær eller sundhedsadministrativ koordinator

har situationsfornemmelse og kan prioritere dine opgaver

kan arbejde selvstændigt med fokus på tværfagligheden

har et godt humør og sætter pris på det sociale element

er fleksibel, ansvarsbevidst og faglig kompetent

er IT-erfaren

ser travlhed som en udfordring

har interesse/erfaring inden for registreringspraksis.
