The posting

Vi søger nye Brobyggere, da flere af vores nuværende bliver færdiguddannede som sygeplejersker.

Som Brobygger hjælper du lægevagten og samtidig udfører du selvstændige pleje- og behandlingsopgaver for patienter, der tilses i lægevagten. Det er vigtigt, at du kan arbejde selvstændigt og har lyst til korte patientforløb.

Som brobygger har du dit hovedfokus på patienternes behov, samt laver selvstændige undersøgelser som urinstix, podninger, monitorering af vitale parametre, stivkrampevaccinationer, sårvask m.m.

Pr. 1-11-26, skal vi desuden i en projektperiode, have 2 observationspladser i Lægevagten. Det kan være patienter til bl.pr. tagning, patienter som skal vente på svar eller afvente effekt at smertestillende givet af Lægevagten.

Arbejdstiden

Vil være på hverdage kl. 17 – 23 og weekend/helligdage kl. 8.00 – 15.00 eller kl. 15.00 til 23.00.

Der skal forventes 1 vagt i ugen samt weekendvagt hver 3. weekend. Helligdagene fordeles mellem Brobyggerne.

Om akutafdelingen Akutafdelingen er organiseret i Skadestuen og Akutmodtagelsen og vi modtager akutte patienter der kommer til Kolding sygehus.

Lægevagten ligger ved skadestueindgangen og derfor tæt på Skadestuen – det vil være her du søger sparring og kan få hjælp når du har en vagt.

  • At du er sygeplejestuderende på minimum 4. semester
  • Eller at du er uddannet social og sundhedsassistent og i gang med sygeplejerskeuddannelsen. Så kan du bære Brobygger allerede fra 1. semester
  • At du har humor, er åben, fleksibel og har gode samarbejdsevner
  • At du evner at prioritere dine opgaver og handler bevidst inden for eget kompetencefelt
  • At du er mødestabil
