Ved Bedøvelse og Intensiv, Sygehus Lillebælt, Kolding Sygehus er 2 introduktionsstillinger i Anæstesiologi ledig til besættelse pr. 1. januar og 1. marts 2027. Ansættelsesdatoer ligger helt fast.

Kolding Sygehus er trekantområdets akutsygehus og modtager patienter med traumer samt akutte medicinske og kirurgiske tilstande fra hele trekantsområdet.

Afdelingens DNA:

Vi arbejder kontinuerligt med at forbedre opgaven og optimere patientens forløb og ser uhensigtsmæssige forløb og fejl som anledning til fælles læring.

Vi arbejder målrettet med at sikre det gode arbejdsmiljø med blik for den rette work-life balance for den enkelte.

Hvem er vi:

Lægegruppen består p.t. af 25 speciallæger og 10 læger i uddannelsesstillinger.

Vagten dækkes af 2 speciallæger, der varetager hhv. anæstesi og intensiv terapi samt en yngre læge. Alle har tilstedeværelsesvagt.

Afdelingen har en ambitiøs uddannelsesprofil og er en eftertragtet uddannelsesafdeling.

Vi har et aktivt forskningsmiljø med én professor, en forskningslektor, én postdoc og aktuelt en ph.d. studerende tilknyttet afdelingen.

Afdelingen omfatter:

  • Anæstesiafsnit med ortopædkirurgi, rygkirurgi karkirurgi, organkirurgi samt gynækologi og obstetrik.
  • Korttids- og Opvågningsafsnit
  • Intensivt afsnit med 11 senge til højtspecialiseret intensiv terapi
  • Dagkirurgisk afsnit
  • Akutlægebil Kolding med døgnbemanding
  • Regionale Special Tandpleje
  • Enhed for klinisk simulation er forankret i afdelingen

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår for stillingen følger af Underordnede læger - overenskomst 33.06.1 - løn pr. 01.10.2026. Startlønnen for stillingen kan findes via følgende link: Se startløn for stillinger i Region Syddanmark.

Udover startlønnen kan lønnen indeholde forhandlede tillæg afhængigt af stillingen, dine erfaringer og kvalifikationer. Bolig kan stilles til rådighed, hvis der er ledige boliger. Stillingen er omfattet af Ny Løn.
