SÅ ER DER MULIGHED FOR AT KOMME MED OMBORD PÅ EN ARBEJDSPLADS, HVOR VI SÆTTER FAGLIGHED OG GODT ARBEJDSMILJØ I HØJSÆDE

Vi søger fra 1. november 2026 en sygeplejerske på 37 timer per uge, som har lyst til at indgå i et team sammen med 15 humørfyldte, energiske og engagerede sygeplejersker i Urinvejskirurgisk Ambulatorium, Vejle sygehus.

Stillingen indebærer en weekendvagt hver 4. uge i vores urinvejskirurgiske sengeafdeling.

Hvem er vi:

Urinvejskirurgisk Ambulatorium ser årligt ca. 18.000 patienter. Vi arbejder i teams læge/sygeplejerske/sekretær og er fælles om afviklingen af dagens programmer. Vi har ligeledes forskellige programmer, som varetages selvstændigt af sygeplejersker. Ambulatoriet varetager udredning for urologiske lidelser, herunder cancerudredning, kikkertundersøgelse af blæren, blærefunktionsundersøgelser, kliniske kontroller efter tidligere behandlinger eller udredninger samt forundersøgelser til operation. I ambulatoriet er vi 1 oversygeplejerske, 15 sygeplejersker, 1 servicemedhjælper samt 2 sekretærer.

God oplæring og introduktion til specialet, inden der påbegyndes weekendvagter i vores sengeafsnit. En god kombination af instrumentel sygepleje, selvstændig sygeplejekonsultationer, vejledning af patienter samt planlægning af patientforløb.

Vi søger en sygeplejerske med følgende kvalifikationer:

Gerne klinisk erfaring inden for det urologiske speciale eller ambulatoriefunktion, men ikke et krav.

Gode samarbejdsevner og kan arbejde selvstændigt.

Du har humor og er glad og robust.

Du har lyst til at bidrage til vidensdeling og er positiv overfor udvikling og forandringer i hverdagen.

Deltager og bidrager i, at vi fastholder et godt arbejdsmiljø, hvor trivsel prioriteres højt.
