Vi er en spændende afdeling med fokus på gode og sammenhængende patientforløb, faglig udvikling og et godt arbejdsmiljø.

Vi søger en engageret og motiveret lægesekretær / sundhedsadministrativ koordinator, som har lyst til at blive en del af vores sekretærteam i Sønderborg.

Stillingen er en fast fuldtidsstilling (eller timetal efter aftale) med arbejdstid på hverdage og med tiltrædelse 1. januar 2027 eller efter aftale.

Vi ønsker en ny kollega med følgende kompetenceprofil:

  • Du er uddannet lægesekretær eller Sundhedsadministrativ koordinator
  • Du er god til at prioritere og strukturere opgaverne
  • Du er god til at sætte patienten i centrum og er interesseret i at sikre patienten et godt og rettidigt patientforløb
  • Du har gode kommunikationsfærdigheder
  • Du er indstillet på sygehusvæsenets mange forandringer
  • Du tager aktivt del i egen og andres læring samt udvikling af gode arbejdsgange.
  • God erfaring med EPJ og IT-nysgerrighed.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil blandt andet være:

  • Booking og koordinering af ambulante patientforløb, herunder booking til operation. Registrering og kodning af aktiviteter, herunder forløbsmarkører.
  • Telefon – og receptions betjening
  • Mulighed for eget ansvarsområde indenfor system administrative opgaver.
  • Andet forefaldende sekretærarbejde

Løn- og ansættelsesforhold sker i henhold til gældende overenskomst. Regionen er forpligtet til at oplyse dig om startlønnen for stillingen. Du får oplyst grundløn, centralt fastsatte tillæg og pension i overenskomsten for Sundhedsadministrativt personale – overenskomst 32.09.1. Udover startlønnen, kan lønnen indeholde eventuelt forhandlede tillæg afhængigt af stillingen, dine erfaringer og kvalifikationer. Se startløn for stillinger i Region Syddanmark.
