Køkkenet, Sygehus Sønderjylland, Sønderborg søger kollega med køkkenfaglig baggrund Til Køkkenet på Sygehus Sønderjylland, Sønderborg, søger vi 1 ny kollega med tiltrædelse januar 2027. Der er tale om 1 fast stilling på 37 timer pr. uge. Den primære opgaveløsning vil være i vores patient restaurant, med servicering patienter, gæster og personalet på sygehuset.

• Har du uddannelse indenfor eller erfaring med arbejdet i køkken? • Har du evner inden for det køkkenfaglige arbejde kombineret med et solidt håndelag og lysten til at gøre en forskel? • Har du en ernæringsfaglig uddannelse/erfaring – kok, ernæringsassistent, cater eller lignende? • Har du et godt væsen og er ansvarsfuld, stabil og forholdsvis fleksibel? • Ser du samarbejde med alle faggrupperne i køkkenet samt sygehusets øvrige personale som en selvfølgelighed?

Hvis du kan svare bekræftende på dette - så tilbyder vi:

• Et køkken med a la carte koncept hvor patienten er i centrum. • Et køkken der tilbereder og serverer den gode mad til ca. 100 patienter, samt pårørende og gæster i huset 365 dage om året. • En bred vifte af opgaver, fra råvaren kommer ind til serveringen hos patienten eller i restauranten. • En arbejdstid placeret mellem 6.00 og 20.30 og arbejde hver fjerde weekend • Et godt arbejdsmiljø med øje for både den enkeltes trivsel, og det gode arbejdsfællesskab. • Desuden 45 glade, gode og engagerede kollegaer, som samarbejder i et travlt køkkenmiljø.
