Vil du være den, der har det overordnede og koordinerende ansvar for kontinens og behandling på ældreområdet i Favrskov Kommune område Vest? Vi søger en sygeplejerske til en kontinensfunktion på 18,5 timer om ugen, hvor du får det faglige overblik – og frihed til at sætte dit præg. Ansættelsen vil være på 37 timer hvor du den resterende tid får mulighed for at deltage i de øvrige opgaver i sygeplejen.

Dine opgaver Udredning og dokumentation

  • Sygeplejefaglig udredning af borgere med kontinensproblemstillinger jf. § 112
  • Faglig dokumentation i kommunens omsorgssystem
  • Du arbejder fagligt, etisk, juridisk og økonomisk forsvarligt

Koordinering og samarbejde

  • Overordnet og koordinerende ansvar for kontinens og behandling på ældreområdet Vest
  • Fagligt samarbejde og opfølgning med læger, sygehuse og sundhedspersonale i kommunen samt den kommunale ledelse
  • Løbende faglig sparring med kollega i øst og eksterne samarbejdspartnere

Undervisning og formidling

  • Vejledning, undervisning og faglig sparring med kolleger, borgere og pårørende
  • Formidling af den nyeste evidensbaserede viden

Løn og ansættelse

  • Ugentligt timetal: 18,5 timer i kontinensfunktion
  • Arbejdstid: 37 timer i dag- og aftenvagt.
  • Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår efter gældende overenskomst for sygeplejersker
  • Ansøgning og tiltrædelse: 1. Januar 2027. Samtaler afholdes i Ulstrup på Anlægsvej 50, 8860 Ulstrup
  • Der indhentes straffeattest og referencer i forbindelse med ansættelsen
