  • Coordinate activities across Documentation, Learning Architecture, Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Deployment, and Operations.
  • Facilitate working sessions, track action items, identify blockers, escalate risks, and help teams address issues affecting execution.
  • Maintain project schedules, status reports, implementation plans, and readiness trackers.
  • Monitor implementation progress, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and program performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, project management practices, and coordination across the learning organization.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
  • PMP preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience managing technical projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with managing localization training materials and projects
  • Strong project planning, organization, facilitation, communication, and execution skills.
  • Experience using AI platforms to create project plans, status reports, implementation trackers, and executive-ready updates.
  • Bilingual reading and writing in Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple initiatives.
  • Hybrid role based in Wilmington, MA. (2 days a week)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
