In this role, you will help ensure users have appropriate access to systems, applications, and data while supporting security, compliance, and audit requirements. You will work closely with business and IT teams to administer access, maintain security controls, investigate exceptions, and support identity-related initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career security professional looking to grow their expertise in Identity and Access Management, Information Security, and Governance.

What you will do

  • Administer and maintain user identities, access rights, security roles, and profiles across multiple applications, systems, and platforms.
  • Analyze, execute, and monitor identity and access management policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Develop and maintain end-user security access rules and profiles to ensure appropriate access is granted and maintained.
  • Create, review, and analyze access reports, investigating and resolving access-related exceptions and discrepancies.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of identity and access management controls and processes.
  • Perform access reviews, monitor control effectiveness, and support audit and compliance activities.
  • Provide support to business and IT teams regarding identity and access management policies, procedures, and security-related issues.
  • Educate employees and stakeholders on identity and access management best practices and security requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to support access administration and security initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to access controls, user provisioning, and security processes.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Information Security, IT Administration, or a related field.
  • Understanding of user provisioning, role-based access controls, identity management, and access governance principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve access-related issues.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of information security principles, controls, and best practices.
  • Experience supporting audit, compliance, or control review activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with team members and seeking guidance when appropriate.
  • Proficient in documentation, reporting, and business applications used to support security administration.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification preferred; other relevant security certifications are a plus.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
