  • Drive architecture and technical decisions across applications, APIs, integrations, data flows, security, reliability, and scalability.

  • Develop production-quality software while staying closely connected to implementation and engineering team challenges.
  • Establish and promote engineering best practices in:
  • Software architecture and design
  • Code quality and code reviews
  • Automated testing
  • CI/CD and deployment automation

  • Create and maintain key technical documentation, including architecture decisions, design documents, and implementation plans.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to improve planning, dependency management, and delivery predictability.
  • Help teams deliver quickly while minimizing technical debt and maintaining long-term platform health.
  • Support production operations and continuously improve platform reliability, observability, and performance.
  • Mentor engineers and elevate technical capabilities across the broader organization.

Who You Are

  • A highly skilled software engineer with deep experience designing and building cloud-native platforms and distributed systems.
  • A hands-on technical leader who enjoys both architecture and implementation.
  • Experienced translating complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable software solutions.
  • Strong in application architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, security, reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Comfortable making technical decisions and guiding teams through complex tradeoffs.
  • Skilled at influencing technical direction across teams and organizational boundaries.
  • Proactive in identifying risks, resolving challenges, and driving technical excellence.
  • Experienced working with distributed teams, including internal engineers, contractors, and vendor partners.
  • Passionate about mentoring engineers and helping others grow their technical capabilities.
  • Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Committed to building sustainable, high-quality systems that support long-term business goals.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning ambiguity into clear technical direction.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
