Diante do nosso momento de expansão e fortalecimento da estrutura organizacional, estamos ampliando o time para a posição de Customer Success.

MISSÃO:

A missão do Customer Success é assegurar a satisfação plena dos pacientes, transformando oportunidades de venda em relações duradouras. Por meio de um atendimento personalizado e eficaz, o Customer Success se dedica a fechar vendas de maneira assertiva, acompanhar o paciente em toda a sua jornada de compra e proporcionar uma experiência excepcional que não apenas atende, mas supera as expectativas. Com foco em construir confiança e fidelidade, desempenhando um papel vital na criação de valor tanto para os pacientes quanto para a empresa.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Realizar ligações e triagem com pacientes;
  • Realizar cadência de contato até o fechamento da cirurgia do paciente;
  • Instruir sobre os multimeios de pagamento e seguro de cirurgia;
  • Mapear as oportunidades de fechamentos e classificá-las por temperatura;
  • Realizar negociação, fechamento e follow-up com potenciais pacientes (B2C);
  • Direcionar potenciais pacientes para secretárias, médicos e/ou hospital;
  • Entender e solucionar as principais objeções de potenciais pacientes;
  • Participar de todas as rotinas e rituais da área;
  • Manter o CRM atualizado;
  • Manter a plataforma SYN atualizada;
  • Acompanhar as notificações e tarefas da plataforma SYN

REQUISITOS:

  • Ensino Médio Completo ou Superior Completo ou Cursando;
  • Experiência na função;
  • Conhecimento em CRM;
  • Experiência na área de vendas/comercial.
  • Experiência na área da saúde (desejável)
