Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior IT-Consultant & System Engineer (m/w/d) berätst Du bei synaforce unsere Kunden und setzt anspruchsvolle IT-Lösungen selbst mit um – von der Konzeption über die Umsetzung bis zur Projektleitung:

Beratung, Konzeption & Umsetzung (Dein Schwerpunkt)

  • Beratung unserer Kunden bei Auswahl, Design und Weiterentwicklung ihrer IT-Landschaften
  • Erstellung technischer Konzepte, Lösungsdesigns und Umsetzungsplanungen
  • Eigenständige Umsetzung der Lösungen – vom Aufbau bis zur Betriebsübergabe
  • Umsetzung von Cloud- und Managed-Services-Szenarien für unsere Mittelstandskunden

Betrieb, Datenbanken & 3rd Level

  • Design und Betrieb von Infrastruktur- und Virtualisierungsumgebungen über Windows und Linux / Open Source hinweg
  • Betrieb von Datenbanklandschaften (MS SQL, Oracle) inkl. Datenbank-Cluster auf Windows und Linux
  • Verantwortung für Citrix-, M365-/Entra-ID- und Exchange-Umgebungen (online und on-prem)
  • Betrieb und Absicherung von Internetanbindungen sowie Firewall-, VPN- und Router-Systemen
  • 3rd-Level-Eskalationsinstanz für komplexe technische Störungen

Projekte & Delivery

  • Leitung von IT- und Infrastrukturprojekten inkl. fachlicher Führung des Projektteams
  • Steuerung von Zeit, Budget und Qualität
  • Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit Kunden sowie internen Teams über alle Standorte hinweg
  • Einsätze beim Kunden und an unseren Standorten (gewisse Reisebereitschaft)

Dein Profil

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (idealerweise 10+ Jahre) in Beratung und Umsetzung im IT-Infrastrukturumfeld
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Linux-/Open-Source-Umfeld sowie in Windows-Server-Landschaften inkl. MS SQL
  • Ausgewiesene Citrix-Expertise (z. B. Virtual Apps and Desktop, Netscaler)
  • Ausgewiesene M365-/Entra-ID-Expertise sowie Erfahrung mit Exchange (online und/oder on-prem)
  • Solide Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung und Infrastruktur allgemein
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Netzwerk, Firewall/VPN und Router-Systemen
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Konzepten und Umsetzungsplanungen
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und der fachlichen Führung von Projektteams
  • Kommunikationsstärke gegenüber Kunden und internen Teams sowie gewisse Reisebereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1), gute Englischkenntnisse
