Als Account Executive (all genders) bei SYNAOS bist du für unser Neukundenwachstum verantwortlich. Dein Ziel ist es weitere Unternehmen von der Zukunft der Intralogisitik zu überzeugen und somit bestehende Märkte und Industrien auszubauen sowie neue Märkte und Industrien zu erschließen. Du sprichst mit Produktions- und Logistikunternehmen bis auf C-Level Ebene, verstehst ihre Intralogistik und zeigst ihnen, wo wir gemeinsam Potentiale heben können.

Deine Mission

  • Aufbau und Management deiner eigenen Sales-Pipeline
  • Aktive Ansprache großer Produktions- und Logistikunternehmen
  • Pitchen der Mehrwerte unserer Softwarelösungen beim Kunden (vor Ort und remote) bis auf C-Level Ebene
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung komplexer Ausschreibungen im Neukundenbereich
  • Koordination des Sales Prozesses in Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen Stakeholdern
  • Angebotserstellung und -management, eigenständiges Verhandeln und Vertragsabschluss
  • Übergabe gewonnener Kunden an Customer Success und Begleitung der ersten Projektphasen

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im Neukundengeschäft, idealerweise aus den Bereichen Intralogistik, Mobiler Robotik und/oder Software
  • Erfahrung mit erklärungsbedürftigen Lösungen und langen Entscheidungswegen in Großkonzernen
  • Offenes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Passion für die direkte Arbeit mit Kunden
  • Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (insb. Salesforce)
  • Sprachen: Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit Schwerpunkten Logistik oder Fertigung sind wünschenswert
