L'objectif est d'identifier les leviers d'économies, de formuler des recommandations concrètes et de définir les plans d'action permettant de les réaliser. \\Vos missions\\ \* Analyser le parc de licences Microsoft 365, leur attribution, leur utilisation réelle et les coûts associés. \* Identifier les licences inutilisées, sous\\-utilisées ou surdimensionnées par rapport aux besoins des utilisateurs. \* Exploiter les outils de Software Asset Management (SAM), notamment Flexera ou des solutions équivalentes, ainsi que les tableaux de bord existants. \* Évaluer les possibilités d'optimisation : réattribution, récupération, changement de niveau de licence et rationalisation des abonnements. \* Formuler des recommandations concrètes et chiffrées, en précisant les économies potentielles, les impacts et les éventuelles contraintes. \* Élaborer des plans d'action détaillés et priorisés, définissant les mesures à entreprendre, les modalités de mise en œuvre, les parties prenantes et les échéances. \\Votre profil\\ \* Expérience confirmée en Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM) ou gestion des licences logicielles. \* Expérience indispensable dans la conduite de projets d'optimisation des coûts de licences Microsoft 365\\. \* Excellente connaissance des modèles de licences Microsoft 365 (E3, E5, etc.), de leurs fonctionnalités et des possibilités d'optimisation. \* Expérience dans l'analyse des consommations, l'identification des leviers d'économies et l'élaboration de plans d'action. \* Familiarité avec les outils SAM, idéalement Flexera ou une solution équivalente. \* Capacité à présenter des recommandations argumentées et chiffrées à des interlocuteurs décisionnaires. \* Esprit analytique, autonomie, sens du conseil et excellentes capacités de communication. \\Envie de relever ce défi ?\\ Si vous vous reconnaissez dans cette description et souhaitez mettre vos compétences au service d'un projet concret, n'hésitez pas à postuler !
