Notre approche repose sur une double expertise, métier et technologique, ainsi que sur notre capacité à intervenir sur des programmes de transformation complexes, au sein d'environnements internationaux exigeants.

Dans le cadre de projets de transformation Data, nous recherchons un Data Engineer pour concevoir, développer et industrialiser des solutions d'intégration et de traitement de données.

Vous travaillerez avec les équipes Data, IT et métier pour garantir la disponibilité, la fiabilité et l'exploitabilité des données.

Vos missions

Conception des pipelines de données

  • Concevoir et développer des pipelines ETL/ELT pour intégrer des sources de données hétérogènes.
  • Développer et optimiser les traitements en Python et SQL.
  • Participer à la modélisation et à l'organisation des données dans les environnements analytiques.

Industrialisation et qualité

  • Mettre en place des contrôles de qualité, de cohérence et de traçabilité des données.
  • Optimiser les performances, la robustesse et la supervision des traitements.
  • Automatiser les déploiements et contribuer aux pratiques de CI/CD et d'observabilité.

Collaboration et exploitation

  • Traduire les besoins des utilisateurs en solutions d'ingénierie de données.
  • Collaborer avec les Data Analysts, Data Scientists et équipes de plateforme.
  • Diagnostiquer les incidents de traitement et assurer la documentation des flux.

Livrables attendus

  • Pipelines ETL/ELT, traitements Python/SQL et composants réutilisables.
  • Modèles de données et documentation des flux.
  • Contrôles qualité, tests automatisés et indicateurs de supervision.
  • Procédures d'exploitation et documentation technique.

Profil recherché

Expertise technique

  • Expérience en Data Engineering et conception de pipelines de données.
  • Maîtrise de Python et SQL ; compréhension des architectures Data Warehouse et Data Lake.
  • Connaissance d'outils de traitement ou d'orchestration tels que Spark, Airflow ou équivalent.

Compétences et qualités

  • Expérience d'un environnement Cloud AWS, Azure ou GCP appréciée selon le projet.
  • Compréhension des enjeux de gouvernance, sécurité et qualité des données.
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes de performance et de fiabilité.
  • Anglais professionnel, autonomie et esprit d'équipe.
