Dan is de functie als storingstechnieker iets voor jou! Je gaat aan de slag in een productieomgeving, waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het onderhoud, de herstellingen en de goede werking van verschillende machines en installaties.

Je komt terecht in een technische omgeving waar initiatief, vakkennis en samenwerking centraal staan. Bovendien krijg je de kans om jouw kennis verder uit te breiden via opleidingen en technische uitdagingen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als storingstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat het machinepark optimaal blijft functioneren. Je voert onderhoud uit, analyseert technische problemen en grijpt in wanneer machines of installaties niet naar behoren werken.

Concreet bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Onderhoud uitvoeren: je staat in voor preventief en curatief onderhoud aan machines en installaties.
  • Storingen opsporen en oplossen: je analyseert mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische en automatiseringsproblemen en zorgt voor een efficiënte oplossing.
  • Technisch aanspreekpunt zijn: je bent het aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen en problemen binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Werkzaamheden plannen: je helpt bij het opstellen, plannen en uitvoeren van de dagelijkse operationele onderhoudstaken.
  • Verbeteringen voorstellen: je denkt actief mee over technische optimalisaties, productieprocessen en efficiëntere onderhoudstechnieken.
  • Werkplaats beheren: je zorgt voor een ordelijk atelier en houdt het beheer van wisselstukken, machineonderdelen en gereedschappen up-to-date.

Je gaat aan de slag in een gespecialiseerd bedrijf in technische outsourcing en rekrutering van technische profielen. Ze ondersteunen bedrijven binnen onder andere de industrie, productie en transportsector met ervaren techniekers.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch sterke kandidaat die graag problemen analyseert en zelfstandig naar oplossingen zoekt.

Je voldoet aan volgende vereisten:

  • Een bachelor in een technische richting, bij voorkeur elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardige technische ervaring.
  • Een goede kennis van de technische specificaties van machines en productie-installaties.
  • Kennis van verschillende motorsturingen, zoals frequentieregelaars en softstarters.
  • Een sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Kennis van productieprocessen, energievoorzieningen en bedrijfsgebouwen.
  • Een proactieve en positieve ingesteldheid, met aandacht voor samenwerking.
  • Een flexibele werkhouding en een echte teamgerichte mentaliteit.
  • Een BA4- of BA5-attest is mooi meegenomen.
