Dan ben jij de Project Consultant die wij zoeken!

Als Project Consultant run je één klantdossier van A tot Z: je zoekt kandidaten, plant ze in, stemt af met de klant en gaat regelmatig ter plaatse.

Tegelijk houd je het overzicht, denk je vooruit en grijp je in waar nodig.

Concreet:

  • Je rekruteert arbeidersprofielen en zorgt voor een constante instroom
  • Je fungeert als schakel tussen klant en uitzendkracht en bouwt zo mee aan een kwalitatieve samenwerking.
  • Je plant medewerkers in en houdt overzicht op de bezetting, en voorzie je de bijhorende contracten.
  • Je bereidt nieuwe uitzendkrachten voor door hen te voorzien van gepaste kledij en de gedrags- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen inzake vakantie, loon, etc,... van uitzendkrachten.
  • Onderhouden van een goed contact met supervisors en teamleaders van de verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je signaleert en lost problemen op voordat ze groter worden
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bepaalt zelf hoe je jouw klant het beste ondersteunt

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Zin om te scoren en impact te maken
  • Een proactieve mindset en de drive om kansen te grijpen
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke overtuigingskracht
  • Organisatietalent en het vermogen om meerdere dossiers tegelijk op te volgen
  • Ervaring is een plus, maar jouw motivatie, energie en leergierigheid zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk
