Ben jij een ervaren boekhouder A-Z die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en het financiële beheer van een onderneming mee in goede banen leidt? In dit voedingsbedrijf krijg je een veelzijdige functie waarin boekhouding, fiscaliteit en financiële administratie samenkomen.

Als boekhouder A-Z ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking en controle van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, bankverrichtingen, loonjournalen en diverse boekingen. Je volgt klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen op, verzorgt leveranciersbetalingen en onderhoudt contacten met banken. Daarnaast bereid je btw-aangiftes, statistische aangiftes en de maand- en jaarafsluitingen voor. Ook de fiscale aangifte via Biztax behoort tot je takenpakket.

Je volgt sociale wetgeving, juridische dossiers, verzekeringen, subsidies en fiscale verminderingen administratief op. Verder ondersteun je externe audits, ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de externe IT-partner en volg je de ICT-werking mee op.

Je denkt actief mee over efficiëntere boekhoudkundige en administratieve processen en helpt verbeteringen implementeren. Dankzij de korte communicatielijnen sta je dicht bij het management en kan je zelfstandig initiatief nemen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren boekhouder A-Z of financieel verantwoordelijke met een brede interesse in boekhouding en financiële administratie.

  • Een ruime ervaring met boekhouding van A tot Z is een must.
  • Je kan aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, bankverrichtingen, loonjournalen en diverse boekingen verwerken en controleren.
  • Een grondige kennis van btw-aangiftes, fiscale aangiftes en financiële afsluitingen is een vereiste.
  • Je kan klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen opvolgen en betalingen beheren.
  • Buiten zelfstandig werken, ben je ook een initiatiefnemer en denk je mee over procesverbeteringen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met het management en externe partners.
