Vanuit het distributiecentrum zorg je samen met een team van ongeveer vijf collega's voor een vlotte organisatie van 45 tot 60 ritten per dag.

Jouw takenpakket groeit mee met jouw ervaring:

  • Plannen van ritten voor chauffeurs en charters
  • Opvolgen en bijsturen van de transportplanning
  • Werken met planningstools en administratieve systemen
  • Chauffeurs ondersteunen en de nodige documenten verwerken
  • Snel schakelen wanneer de planning onverwacht verandert
  • Oplossingen zoeken bij vertragingen of andere operationele uitdagingen
  • Afstemmen met verschillende operationele teams
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de transportplanning

Je herkent jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Een eerste ervaring als transportplanner, dispatcher of in een gelijkaardige functie is een plus
  • Ook schoolverlaters met de juiste motivatie komen in aanmerking
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en voldoende Frans en Engels
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en Excel
  • Sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen
  • Je houdt graag het overzicht, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt
  • Beslissingen nemen schrikt je niet af
  • Een flexibele ingesteldheid en interesse in transport en logistiek
  • Transport stopt niet wanneer de kantooruren voorbij zijn. Daarom werk je in een ploegenstelsel van 6u-14u en 14u-22u. Daarnaast neem je deel aan een weekendrotatie van 1 op 5 weekends: zaterdag van 6u-14u en zondag van 9u-17u.
