Ben jij een ervaren projectmanager die klaar is om complexe, grootschalige zonne-energieprojecten te leiden? Heb je een passie voor duurzame energie en een sterk organisatorisch talent? Wil je werken in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is? Dan hebben wij dé uitdaging voor jou!

Voor een klant in de zonne-energiesector, zoeken wij een projectmanager. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van grote zonne-energie-installaties, van ontwerp tot oplevering. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk project binnen de afgesproken tijd en budget wordt voltooid, en bewaakt daarbij de technische en operationele kwaliteit.

Wat komt daar allemaal bij kijken?

  • Projectmanagement: opstellen en opvolgen van projectplannen, coördineren van teams en materialen, en risicobeheer.
  • Teamleiderschap: motiveren en aansturen van multidisciplinaire projectteams.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: communicatie met klanten, interne teams, leveranciers en andere partners.
  • Technisch toezicht en veiligheid: zorgen voor naleving van technische normen, kwaliteitscontroles en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Rapportage en documentatie: regelmatige voortgangsrapporten en gedetailleerde documentatie bijhouden.
  • Je hebt een master- of bachelordiploma in een relevant vakgebied (zoals technische wetenschappen of projectmanagement).
  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring als projectmanager, idealiter binnen de solar- of EPC-sector.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en kennis van zonne-energiesystemen, bouwtechnieken en regelgeving mogen niet ontbreken.
  • Ervaring met AutoCAD en projectplanningssoftware is een meerwaarde.
  • Communicatief ben je sterk in Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een VCA VOL-certificaat of bent bereid om dit te behalen.
