Wat ga je doen?

  • Een professionele procurementwerking voor België en Nederland verder uitbouwen.
  • Aankoopstrategieën ontwikkelen die aansluiten bij de noden en doelstellingen van de organisatie.
  • Nieuwe leveranciers en alternatieve partners identificeren en de markt actief verkennen.
  • Offertes en leveranciersvoorstellen analyseren en onderling vergelijken.
  • Aanbestedingen en tendertrajecten organiseren en begeleiden.
  • Onderhandelen over contracten, tarieven, voorwaarden en service levels.
  • Het volledige aankoopproces opvolgen: van behoeftebepaling en marktanalyse tot contractafsluiting en evaluatie.
  • De belangen van de organisatie bewaken en ervoor zorgen dat aankoopbeslissingen correct, transparant en compliant verlopen.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Supply Chain, Logistiek, Economie of een vergelijkbare richting vormt een goede basis.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen procurement, strategic sourcing of een vergelijkbare aankoopomgeving is noodzakelijk binnen de logistiek.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met aanbestedingen in de logistieke sector is een must.
  • Een analytische en commerciële blik helpt je om niet zomaar de goedkoopste optie te kiezen, maar de beste totaaloplossing te vinden.
  • Zelfstandigheid is cruciaal: omdat deze functie nieuw is, moet je zelf structuur kunnen creëren en zaken in beweging kunnen zetten.
  • Maturiteit en voldoende stevigheid zijn belangrijk. Op je strepen durven staan wanneer dat nodig is, hoort bij de rol.
  • Communicatief sterk en overtuigend, zowel richting leveranciers als interne stakeholders.
  • Nederlands en Engels beheers je vloeiend.
