  • Opstellen van de productieplanning op basis van bestellingen en beschikbare grondstoffen
  • Opvolgen en bijsturen van het productieproces via de procescomputer
  • Bedienen en controleren van geautomatiseerde productiemachines
  • Correct toepassen van productieformules
  • Manueel toevoegen van grondstoffen en producten
  • Opvolgen van de meng-, maal- en perslijnen
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en bewaken van de productkwaliteit
  • Beheren en opvolgen van grondstoffen, additieven en eindproducten
  • Instaan voor een correcte opslag en houdbaarheid van producten
  • Toezien op orde, netheid en veiligheid
  • Uitvoeren van kleine onderhoudswerken
  • Meedenken over een efficiënte werking en optimalisatie van het productieproces

Door de verdere automatisering van het productieproces evolueert ook de functie. Daarom zoeken we iemand die niet alleen als operator aan de slag kan, maar ook bereid is om bij te leren en op termijn door te groeien naar de functie van menger.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Technisch inzicht heeft en graag met geautomatiseerde processen werkt
  • Nauwkeurig en planmatig te werk gaat
  • Graag vooruit plant en het productieproces onder controle houdt
  • Voldoende logisch redeneervermogen heeft om productieprocessen te begrijpen
  • Leergierig is en nieuwe technieken en processen snel wil aanleren
  • Rustig en stressbestendig blijft wanneer de productie anders loopt dan gepland
  • Verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen
  • Oog heeft voor kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed kan werken
  • Flexibel ingesteld is en bereid is om in een 3-ploegenstelsel te werken
  • Fysiek in goede conditie is
  • Bereid is om uitzonderlijk overuren te presteren en indien nodig sporadisch in het weekend of op een feestdag te werken
