The posting

De assistent-ploegverantwoordelijke ondersteunt bij de leiding van de productieafdeling binnen zijn/haar ploeg, in nauw overleg met de ploegverantwoordelijke. Samen zorgen zij ervoor dat met de beschikbare medewerkers, machines, grondstoffen en andere middelen de vooropgestelde productiedoelstellingen worden behaald, met inachtneming van de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Dagelijks werken aan het behalen van de vooropgestelde KPI’s en opstellen van de personeelsplanning binnen de ploeg.
  • Analyseren van afwijkingen samen met het team via metingen, gestructureerde oorzaakanalyses en probleemoplossende technieken, en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Bewaken en rapporteren van productiestandaarden (output en bezetting) en toezien op de naleving van kwaliteits-, veiligheids-, voedselveiligheids- en GMP-normen.
  • Stimuleren van continue verbetering en organiseren van gestructureerde ploegoverleggen met correcte verslaggeving.
  • Verzorgen van een vlotte en betrouwbare informatieoverdracht tussen ploegen en ondersteunen van efficiënte shiftwissels.
  • Begeleiden, coachen en opleiden van medewerkers, met een actieve rol in onboarding en verdere ontwikkeling.
  • Bieden van logistieke ondersteuning, proactief afstemmen met de ploegverantwoordelijke bij problemen, rapporteren aan hem/haar en diens taken overnemen bij afwezigheid.

Beschik je over leidinggevende ervaring als teamcoach in een productieomgeving en in staat zijn mensen te stimuleren en inspireren? Dan is deze job als assistent ploegverantwoordelijke misschien wel iets voor jou!

  • Actief bijdragen aan een werkomgeving waarin respect, samenwerking en open communicatie centraal staan.
  • Kwaliteitsbewust handelen en stressbestendig, probleemoplossend en resultaatgericht optreden, met doorzettingsvermogen.
  • Communicatief vaardig zijn, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en beschikken over goede computervaardigheden.
  • Technische kennis en ervaring inzetten om alle aspecten van een productieproces te beheersen en verbeterinitiatieven te realiseren.
  • Een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie, afgerond hebben.
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands zeer goed, Engels goed.
