The posting

Als Productie Operator ben je een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces. Dit is geen functie waarbij je simpelweg op een knop drukt: de machines vragen technisch inzicht, aandacht en initiatief.

Je leert stap voor stap het productieproces en de verschillende machines kennen. Naarmate je ervaring groeit, neem je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op:

  • Machines correct bedienen en zelfstandig instellen
  • Productieparameters controleren en bijsturen
  • Bewaken of de juiste aantallen en kwaliteitsnormen worden gehaald
  • Storingen herkennen en waar mogelijk zelf oplossen
  • Afwijkingen signaleren
  • Afgewerkte producten controleren en verpakken
  • Veilig, kwaliteitsbewust en efficiënt werken

Technisch inzicht maakt hier echt het verschil. De productieomgeving is niet volledig geautomatiseerd: als operator denk je mee, stel je bij en zoek je naar oplossingen wanneer iets niet loopt zoals het hoort.

Er wordt actief gezocht naar operatoren met ambitie en potentieel om door te groeien naar ploegbaas. Wie snel de machines onder de knie krijgt, initiatief toont en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, kan op termijn een team van ongeveer 15 medewerkers aansturen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en interesse in machines
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd om bij te leren
  • Je werkt zelfstandig én bent een echte teamspeler
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt in oplossingen
  • Je begrijpt en spreekt goed Nederlands
  • Ervaring als operator, technisch medewerker of ploegbaas is een sterke troef
