Je wordt een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, prospecten en vertegenwoordigers. Met jouw commerciële aanpak help je bedrijven en overheden bij hun keuze voor EHBO-producten, AED-toestellen en bijhorende opleidingen.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Leads opvolgen en klanten telefonisch contacteren over hun interesse in hun producten en opleidingen.
  • Actief prospecteren en afspraken inplannen voor vertegenwoordigers.
  • Klanten adviseren, offertes opmaken en deze nadien telefonisch opvolgen.
  • Meewerken aan tenders, aanbestedingen en commerciële acties.
  • Klantenvragen beantwoorden en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.

Je krijgt ruimte om initiatief te nemen en commerciële kansen te benutten. Zo bouw je verder aan je ervaring in internal sales, telesales en klantenbeheer.

  • Uitstekende Franse en Nederlandse talenkennis. Kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in internal sales, telesales, customer service of sales support.
  • Telefoneren en prospecteren schrikken je niet af. Je durft initiatief te nemen en door te vragen.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en administratieve systemen.
  • Kantgericht, commercieel ingesteld, georganiseerd en resultaatgericht.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma.
