Een glimlach aan het onthaal, een professioneel telefoongesprek, een perfect georganiseerde vergaderruimte of een klant die dankzij jouw hulp meteen verder kan. Als Onthaalmedewerker ben jij het kloppend hart van de organisatie en zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlot blijft draaien.

Als eerste aanspreekpunt creëer je een professionele en gastvrije ervaring voor bezoekers, klanten en leveranciers. Tegelijk ondersteun je verschillende administratieve processen en draag je actief bij aan een positieve werksfeer.

Je verantwoordelijkheden als Onthaalmedewerker omvatten onder andere:

  • Bezoekers, klanten en leveranciers warm ontvangen
  • Telefonische oproepen beheren en correct doorverbinden
  • Vragen van klanten zo veel mogelijk zelfstandig beantwoorden
  • Potentiële leads registreren in het ERP-systeem
  • Inkomende en uitgaande post verwerken
  • De algemene mailbox beheren en berichten verdelen
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan verschillende afdelingen
  • Vergaderzalen reserveren en voorbereiden
  • Bestellingen plaatsen voor kantoorbenodigdheden en catering
  • Leveringen ontvangen en verwerken

Je krijgt energie van contact met mensen en weet moeiteloos te schakelen tussen verschillende taken. Terwijl bezoekers zich welkom voelen dankzij jouw enthousiasme, behoud jij steeds het overzicht en stel je de juiste prioriteiten.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een eerste administratieve ervaring of de motivatie om hierin verder te groeien
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Frans
  • Een basiskennis Engels
  • Een goede kennis van MS Office
  • Een georganiseerde en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Discretie en een professionele houding
  • Een vriendelijke telefoonstem en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
