Wat ga je doen?

In deze functie combineer je twee rollen binnen de drukkerijafdeling: prepress en administratieve ondersteuning rond veiligheid en opleiding. Je komt terecht in een team van drie collega's, waar samenwerking en communicatie centraal staan.

1. Prepress: jouw belangrijkste focus

Je zorgt ervoor dat opdrachten goed voorbereid zijn voordat ze naar de drukpersen gaan.

Je volgt het voorbereidende werk voor drukopdrachten nauwgezet op.

Je onderhoudt contact met klanten over proefdrukken en bespreekt eventuele aanpassingen.

Je controleert of de aangeleverde opdrachten technisch haalbaar zijn voor de drukkerijmachines.

Je stemt regelmatig af met collega's om ervoor te zorgen dat alles vlot verloopt.

2. Ondersteuning bij veiligheid, opleidingen en processen

Daarnaast ondersteun je de drukkerij op administratief en analytisch vlak. Je helpt mee om processen te verbeteren en ervoor te zorgen dat medewerkers veilig en efficiënt kunnen werken.

Je helpt incidenten op de werkvloer analyseren en brengt in kaart wat er misgelopen is.

Je denkt mee over verbetermaatregelen en schrijft aangepaste procedures uit.

Je communiceert nieuwe afspraken en werkwijzen naar de medewerkers.

Je ondersteunt bij opleidingen rond veiligheid en geeft, waar nodig, zelf een opleiding.

Je helpt processen optimaliseren en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.

Je hoeft hiervoor geen preventieadviseur te zijn. Je werkt samen met de verantwoordelijke voor veiligheid en ondersteunt vooral bij analyse, administratie, opleiding en communicatie.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die al een basis heeft in prepress en zich daarnaast graag verdiept in nieuwe materies.

Ervaring met prepress: je kent de voorbereidende stappen van het drukproces en kunt opdrachten technisch beoordelen. Deze kennis is essentieel.

Een echte teamplayer: je communiceert vlot met collega's en stemt regelmatig af met medewerkers op de werkvloer.

Zelfzeker en communicatief: je durft vragen te stellen, informatie te bespreken en verbeteringen voor te stellen.

Analytisch ingesteld: je kunt informatie verzamelen, situaties onderzoeken en verbeterpunten herkennen.

Administratief sterk: je werkt nauwkeurig en kunt procedures en afspraken duidelijk uitschrijven.

Talenkennis: je beheerst het Nederlands goed. Kennis van het Engels is mooi meegenomen.

Ervaring met veiligheid of het geven van opleidingen is een pluspunt, maar geen must. Je krijgt de kans om dit luik verder te leren.
