Als business controller speel je een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren van financiële en operationele processen. Door accurate rapportering, diepgaande analyses en strategische ondersteuning te leveren, draag je bij aan de groei van de organisatie. De inzichten uit data en gerichte opvolging stellen het management in staat doordachte beslissingen te nemen en bedrijfsdoelstellingen te realiseren. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO en werkt nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders.

Jouw takenpakket als business controller omvat:

Rapportage & Analyse

  • Ontwikkelen van uniforme financiële rapporten die de financiële en operationele prestaties van de Business Unit helder weergeven, inclusief verantwoordelijkheid voor het budget- en forecastproces
  • Strategische doelstellingen vertalen naar concrete, meetbare KPI's en deze nauwgezet opvolgen
  • Tijdige en correcte rapportage aan het management volgens vastgestelde deadlines
  • Cijfers analyseren om trends, risico's en opportuniteiten in kaart te brengen en aanbevelingen formuleren voor prestatie- en efficiëntieverbeteringen

Business Partnering

  • Als financiële sparringpartner ondersteun je managers bij het interpreteren van resultaten en het nemen van onderbouwde beslissingen. Je helpt bij het opstellen van businesscases en voert diepgaande financiële analyses uit op het vlak van marges, prijszetting en kostenoptimalisatie

Strategische Adviesrol

  • Begeleiden van strategische projecten en uitvoeren van investeringsanalyses. Je ondersteunt de uitwerking van businessplannen en voert ad-hocanalyses uit. Bij nieuwe initiatieven en uitbreidingen denk je actief mee vanuit financieel en strategisch perspectief

Digitalisering & Procesoptimalisatie

  • Blijf op de hoogte van digitale ontwikkelingen en neem een voortrekkersrol op in het automatiseren en digitaliseren van processen, onder meer door implementatie van RPA, AI en andere geavanceerde tools
  • Verhoog de efficiëntie door operationele rapportage- en controlestromen kritisch te evalueren, te optimaliseren en waar mogelijk verder te automatiseren

De gezochte business controller beschikt over:

  • Een masterdiploma in Economie, Bedrijfskunde of Handelsingeniëring
  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring in business controlling
  • Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Frans
  • Vaardigheid in Excel en bij voorkeur in SAP, QlikSense, Power BI en RPA/AI-tools
  • Het vermogen om onder druk nauwkeurig te werken en het overzicht te behouden
  • Een analytische, ondernemende en resultaatgerichte mindset
  • Een positieve instelling en een hands-on werkwijze
