The posting

Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar gemotiveerde, gastvrije, en georganiseerde studenten die geplande en onvoorziene vervangingen van het vaste receptieteam kunnen opvangen.

Als Receptionist zorg je voor een warm onthaal van bezoekers en sta je klanten en collega's professioneel te woord. Je beheert de receptie, verwerkt inkomende communicatie en ondersteunt bij diverse administratieve taken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Receptionist:

  • Onthalen van gasten (Hospitality is zeer belangrijk!!)
  • Klanten helpen met vragen
  • Behandelen van inkomende mails en telefoons
  • Verstrekken van tijdelijke badges
  • Vergaderzalen boeken en klaarzetten
  • Taxi's boeken
  • Stock van het kantoormateriaal bijhouden en bijbestellen
  • Helpen / ondersteunen bij evenementen

De gezochte Student Receptionist:

  • Studeert momenteel aan de hogeschool / universiteit en is beschikbaar als student voor de komende 2 jaar
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans, goede kennis van het Engels is mooi meegenomen.
  • Is in een wip in de omgeving van het Brussel Noord station.
  • Klantgericht en communicatief vaardig
  • Proactief, diplomatisch en kritisch
  • Zelfstandig en accuraat werken vormt geen probleem voor jou
  • Goede kennis van het MS Office pakket (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Met ad hoc situaties kan je goed overweg
  • Zeer verzorgd voorkomen
  • Bereid om te werken in de roosters 8u-16u en 9u-17u.
