Ben jij administratief sterk, georganiseerd en hou je ervan om verschillende projecten mee in goede banen te leiden? Als Project Support Medewerker ondersteun je de werfleiders en projectcoördinator bij de dagelijkse opvolging van projecten. Je zorgt voor een correcte administratie, planning en documentatie en vormt zo een belangrijke schakel tussen de verschillende teams.

Als Project Support Medewerker sta je in voor een gevarieerd takenpakket:

  • Verzorgen van de projectadministratie en up-to-date houden van technische documenten, plannen, vorderingsstaten en werfverslagen
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan de werfleiders en projectcoördinator bij de opvolging van projecten
  • Aanmelden van onderaannemers via Checkinatwork en opvolgen van aanwezigheids- en veiligheidsdocumenten
  • Fungeren als belangrijke schakel tussen de productieafdeling en het installatieteam
  • Ondersteunen van de planning en logistiek, waaronder het voorbereiden van werfmaterialen, opvolgen van leveringen en inplannen van routes voor serviceopdrachten
  • Bewaken dat de nodige informatie en documenten tijdig bij de juiste personen terechtkomen
  • Een bachelordiploma heeft of gelijkwaardig is door ervaring
  • Bij voorkeur al een eerste werkervaring heeft binnen een administratieve, technische of projectgerichte omgeving
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en organisatorisch sterk
  • Vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken en goed omgaan met deadlines
  • Zeer goed Nederlands en Frans spreken en schrijven
  • Een goede kennis heeft van Microsoft Office 365, met name Excel, Word, Teams en SharePoint
  • Zelfstandig werken, maar ook graag samenwerken met collega's en projectteams
  • Een interesse heeft in de bouw- of technische sector

Heb je daarnaast interesse om af en toe op locatie te werken of heb je ervaring met opmetingen op de werf? Dan is dat zeker een pluspunt, maar dit is geen vereiste voor de functie.
