The posting

Als Technisch Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden van sapconcentraten en fruitpurees.

Je start met het controleren van de producten en vervolgens ga je de machines instellen en bedienen. Op regelmatige basis neem je een staal om de producten te testen op o.a. viscositeit, zuurgraad, brix, …. Zo garandeer jij de kwaliteit waar wij voor staan! Je krijgt intern een uitgebreide opleiding zodat je op termijn multi-inzetbaar bent binnen onze plant.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Controleren of materialen en producten in goede conditie zijn voor de aanvang van het logistieke en productie proces, dit in lijn met de veiligheidsnormen.
  • Voorbereiding van de benodigde materialen.
  • Bewaken van gans het productieproces en passende operationele interventies uitvoeren waar nodig.
  • Afname en testen van productmonsters op de viscositeit, zuurgraad, etc..
  • Signaleren en rapporteren van problemen gerelateerd aan werkprocessen, technieken en systemen.
  • Een goede communicatie van jezelf en je collega’s is vanzelfsprekend om een vlotte verwerking binnen het team te garanderen.
  • Registreren van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Bewaken over de netheid van de gebruikte materialen en werkplaatsen.
  • Actief deelnemen aan TPM veiligheidsoefeningen, promoot veiligheid bij collega’s en externe partijen en rapporteer onveilig gedrag en situaties aan de Shift Leader.
  • Je bent van nature een nauwkeurig persoon met een sterk analytisch inzicht.
  • Je kan je vlot in het Nederlands uitdrukken.
  • Je beschikt over een gezonde portie assertiviteit.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je wilt graag werken in 2 ploegen (vroege en late).
  • Je vindt het fijn om verschillende zaken aangeleerd te krijgen en op termijn multi-inzetbaar te zijn.
  • Respect, teamplay, groei en flexibiliteit zijn waarden waar jij je in kan vinden binnen een werkomgeving.
