Je komt terecht bij een stabiele en familiale onderneming in de interieursector, waar klantvriendelijkheid en een persoonlijke aanpak belangrijk zijn. In de vestiging in Gent werken ongeveer 45 medewerkers. Je maakt deel uit van het administratieve team, dat instaat voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking en een professionele dienstverlening aan klanten.

Je werkt samen met enthousiaste collega's in een veelzijdige omgeving waar klantencontact, administratie en teamwork elkaar afwisselen. Naast je administratieve verantwoordelijkheden ondersteun je waar nodig ook de winkelwerking.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij communicatief sterk en help je klanten graag verder? Hou je van een afwisselende administratieve functie met veel klantencontact? Werk je nauwkeurig en steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen wanneer collega's ondersteuning nodig hebben?

Als Administratief Medewerker ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je behandelt vragen over aankopen, bestellingen en leveringen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging. Je combineert telefonisch en schriftelijk klantencontact met praktische ondersteuning in de winkel.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Instaan voor het telefonisch onthaal en klanten informeren over hun aankopen, bestellingen en leveringen.
  • Inkomende e-mails behandelen en vragen op een klantvriendelijke manier opvolgen.
  • Communiceren met klanten, fabrikanten en leveranciers bij vertragingen of problemen.
  • Bestellingen administratief verwerken en de gegevens correct registreren in het systeem.
  • Bijspringen aan de kassa en omruilbalie voor betalingen, afhalingen, omruilingen en klantenvragen.
  • Collega's ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse administratieve werkzaamheden.
  • Bij drukte of tijdens het weekend meehelpen op de verkoopafdeling.

Je krijgt een gevarieerde rol waarin je vlot schakelt tussen administratie, klantenservice en winkelondersteuning.

  • Minstens beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs (A2) in een administratieve of talenrichting. Een bachelor is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring heeft met klachtenbehandeling of klantendienst. Dit is een belangrijke vereiste.
  • Assertief en communicatief sterk is, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk.
  • Klantgericht, diplomatisch en stressbestendig blijft, ook in moeilijke gesprekken.
  • Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd werkt.
  • Initiatief neemt en zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.
  • Perfect Nederlands spreekt en een ruime basis heeft van Frans en Engels.
  • Flexibel is en bereid is om mee te draaien in de telefonie, administratieve kassa en omruilbalie.
  • Openstaat om bij te springen in de verkoop tijdens weekends en feestdagen. Dit maakt een vast onderdeel uit van de functie.
