Sterk in elektriciteit en klaar voor meer verantwoordelijkheid? Bij BCS combineer je technisch onderhoud met verbeteringsprojecten en krijg je de kans om door te groeien. Je komt terecht in een organisatie met een familiale werksfeer waar initiatief en autonomie worden aangemoedigd.

Wat houdt de functie in?Samen met je leidinggevende en het onderhoudsteam zorg je ervoor dat de productiemachines en het gebouw technisch in topconditie blijven. Naast onderhoud en herstellingen werk je mee aan vernieuwingen en optimalisaties.

  • Storingen oplossen: je stelt snel en correct diagnoses en zorgt voor een doeltreffende oplossing.
  • Technisch onderhoud: elektrische, mechanische en pneumatische herstellingen behoren tot jouw takenpakket, net als preventief en curatief onderhoud.
  • Verbeteringen realiseren: je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties en werkt mee aan technische verbeterings- en investeringsprojecten.
  • Wisselstukken beheren: je volgt de technische voorraad op en zorgt voor een goed beheer van de wisselstukken.
  • Extra verantwoordelijkheid opnemen: als back-up van het Hoofd van de Technische Dienst krijg je de kans om je kennis en verantwoordelijkheden verder uit te breiden.
  • Een technische opleiding vormt de basis van jouw profiel.
  • Minstens vijf jaar relevante werkervaring is vereist.
  • Een grondige kennis van technische normen en een basiskennis PLC zijn noodzakelijk.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands is vereist.
  • Leergierigheid, flexibiliteit en een hands-on mentaliteit kenmerken jouw aanpak.
  • Ook in crisissituaties houd je het hoofd koel en ga je doelgericht op zoek naar oplossingen.
  • Werken in een tweeploegenstelsel vormt geen probleem.
