Als assistent teamleader speel je een sleutelrol in de dagelijkse magazijnactiviteiten. Je ondersteunt de teamleader bij het aansturen van de medewerkers op de werkvloer, verdeelt de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig, efficiënt en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.

Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor het team, begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers tijdens hun opstart en stimuleert een positieve en resultaatgerichte werksfeer. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over procesverbeteringen en zoek je mee naar oplossingen voor operationele uitdagingen. Waar nodig steek je zelf de handen uit de mouwen en zorg je ervoor dat de werkzaamheden vlot blijven verlopen.

Dankzij jouw betrokkenheid, organisatietalent en coachende aanpak draag je dagelijks bij aan de prestaties van het team én de verdere groei van de organisatie.

  • Je beschikt over ervaring binnen een logistieke omgeving en voelt je thuis in een operationele werkomgeving.
  • Je hebt al eerder verantwoordelijkheid gedragen over een team en bent klaar om verder te groeien als assistent teamleader.
  • Dankzij sterke communicatieve vaardigheden slaag je erin om medewerkers op een positieve en motiverende manier te begeleiden.
  • Met een positieve ingesteldheid en oplossingsgerichte aanpak blijf je ook in uitdagende situaties constructief handelen.
  • Het behouden van overzicht en het stellen van de juiste prioriteiten tijdens drukke periodes gaat je vlot af.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit typeert jouw manier van werken, waardoor operationeel meewerken vanzelfsprekend is.
  • Werken in een 2-ploegensysteem vormt voor jou geen probleem.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin, teamspirit en de ambitie om verder te ontwikkelen maken van jou een sterke assistent teamleader.
