Voor een groeiend bedrijf in de vleessector zoeken we een verantwoordelijke medewerker bakkenwas. In deze functie combineer je praktisch werk met het aansturen van collega’s. Je bewaart het overzicht, denkt vooruit en zorgt ervoor dat de bakken tijdig gereinigd en opnieuw beschikbaar zijn voor de productie.

je takenpakket:

  • De dagelijkse werkzaamheden organiseren, taken verdelen en collega’s aansturen.
  • Het productieproces opvolgen en tijdig inspelen op de behoefte aan gereinigde bakken.
  • Waken over een correcte reiniging en de naleving van de hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Kleine technische problemen aan de wasmachine zelfstandig opsporen en verhelpen.
  • De installatie grondig reinigen en onderhouden, ook wanneer dit buiten de gebruikelijke werkuren valt.
  • Zelf actief meewerken en de afdeling vlot blijft draaien.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en zelfstandig beslissingen durven nemen, zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Dankzij jouw proactieve ingesteldheid zie je werk liggen en anticipeer je op wat de productie nodig heeft.
  • Technisch inzicht helpt je om kleine machinestoringen op te lossen.
  • Nauwkeurig werken en aandacht hebben voor hygiëne en voedselveiligheid zijn essentieel.
  • Een goede fysieke conditie is belangrijk voor deze functie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in minstens één van de volgende talen: Nederlands, Frans of Engels.
  • Daguren vormen de basis, maar flexibiliteit is nodig om vroeger te starten of langer te blijven voor onderhoud en reiniging.
