Heb je al ervaring in de uitzend- of rekruteringssector en ben je klaar voor een volgende stap?Wil je een team aansturen, klanten uitbouwen en tegelijk zelf dicht bij de dagelijkse werking van je kantoor blijven?

Dan is de functie van Branch Manager misschien wel jouw volgende stap.

Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over het kantoor in Schoten en stuurt een team van 2 consulenten aan.Tegelijk blijf je zelf actief betrokken bij klanten, kandidaten en de commerciële werking.

Je zorgt voor een goede teamwerking en sterke resultaten, bouwt klantenrelaties verder uit en ziet commerciële opportuniteiten in de regio.

Concreet:

  • Je stuurt een team van 3 consulenten aan, coacht hen en volgt hun resultaten en ontwikkeling op.
  • Je helpt je team om klanten en kandidaten goed te begeleiden en springt zelf bij waar nodig.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten in de regio.
  • Je bouwt bestaande klantenrelaties verder uit en bespreekt samenwerkingen en voorwaarden.
  • Je blijft zelf betrokken bij rekrutering en staffing en houdt voeling met de dagelijkse werking van het kantoor.
  • Je volgt de resultaten en doelstellingen van het kantoor op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede planning en taakverdeling en houdt het overzicht over de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt Synergie op netwerkevents en bij klanten in de regio en bouwt zo verder aan het netwerk van het kantoor.
  • Je rapporteert aan de regioverantwoordelijke en werkt samen met collega's, directie en het hoofdkantoor.

Wie ben jij?

We zoeken iemand die de uitzend- of rekruteringssector al kent en toe is aan meer verantwoordelijkheid.

Je hebt bijvoorbeeld ervaring als kantoorverantwoordelijke, Branch Manager, Account Manager, Sales Consultant of Senior Consultant en bent klaar voor meer verantwoordelijkheid.

Daarnaast:

  • Je denkt en werkt op bachelorniveau.
  • Je hebt ervaring in sales en klantenbeheer en weet hoe je nieuwe klanten aanspreekt en relaties verder uitbouwt.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen recruitment, rekrutering, staffing of uitzendarbeid.
  • Je krijgt energie van mensen begeleiden en resultaten behalen.
  • Je durft initiatief te nemen, beslissingen te maken en bij te sturen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, houdt het overzicht en hebt tegelijk oog voor wat er op de werkvloer gebeurt.
  • Je bent een coachende en betrokken leidinggevende die graag zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen steekt.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met kandidaten, klanten en collega's.
