In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige administratieve opvolging van inkoop- en verkooporders.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Customer Service Representative:

  • Betrokken zijn bij het volledige traject van bestelling tot levering, wat resulteert in een gevarieerd takenpakket met veel verantwoordelijkheid
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers, transporteurs en het magazijn
  • Ervoor zorgen dat alle betrokken partijen tijdig en correct worden geïnformeerd en dat leveringen volgens de wensen en verwachtingen van de klant verlopen
  • Aankooporders verwerken, orderbevestigingen versturen en leveringen nauwgezet opvolgen
  • Met externe partners coördineren om tijdige productleveringen te garanderen
  • Schadegevallen, klachten en afwijkingen op professionele en klantgerichte wijze behandelen
  • Een grote diversiteit aan e-mail- en telefonische contacten beheren en daarbij het overzicht behouden
  • Efficiënt met verschillende digitale systemen werken en zorgen voor correcte en nauwkeurige gegevensregistratie

De gezochte Customer Service Representative:

  • Beschikt minimaal over een bachelordiploma
  • Heeft aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol
  • Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
  • Is bedreven in het werken met ERP-systemen
  • Bezit sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en commerciële drive
  • Denkt proactief, reageert snel en gedijt in een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Heeft bij voorkeur ervaring in de chemische industrie
