Onze klant in regio Zeebrugge die dagelijks een ruim gamma van de producten uit de hele wereld importeert, verse vis, schaaldieren en diepvriesproducten, om ze vervolgens te leveren aan restaurants, traiteurs, viswinkels, industriële keukens zijn we op zoek naar jou!

Jobomschrijving

Als Dagverantwoordelijke sta je in voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van de productie. Je bent zowel een aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers als een actieve kracht op de werkvloer. Samen met het team zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse productie efficiënt, kwalitatief en volgens de gemaakte afspraken verloopt.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Dagelijks instrueren en aansturen van productiemedewerkers, fileerders en inpakkers
  • Opvolgen van de planning, productievoortgang en het rendement
  • Bewaken van een efficiënte en vlotte werkorganisatie
  • Toezien op de strikte naleving van hygiëne- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • Controleren of de producten voldoen aan de vereiste kwaliteitsnormen
  • Opvolgen van het fileren, verwerken en verpakken van vis
  • Fungeren als verbindingspersoon tussen aankoop, verkoop en de werkvloer
  • Opvolgen en beheren van de voorraad
  • Signaleren en oplossen van operationele problemen
  • Actief meewerken op de werkvloer waar nodig

Wat zoeken ze:

  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving en/of als verantwoordelijke of ploegverantwoordelijke
  • Sterk in organisatie en planning, gecombineerd met een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en rendement
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans en Engels is een sterke troef, gezien de diversiteit op de werkvloer
  • Ervaring binnen de vissector is een zeer grote plus
  • Vlot kunnen werken met een pc
  • Bereid is om vroeg te starten, aangezien de werkdag rond 4 à 5 uur 's ochtends begint
  • Beschikt over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardige ervaring
