Je werkt via een wereldwijd facilitair dienstverleningsbedrijf, dat gespecialiseerd is in receptie- en ondersteunende dienstverlening, voor een internationaal advieskantoor in Brussel. Het is een dynamische, internationale omgeving waar kwaliteit en een persoonlijke aanpak hoog in het vaandel staan. Het team werkt volgens internationale standaarden van gastvrijheid, en je werkt dagelijks met collega’s en klanten van over de hele wereld.

Jobomschrijving

Hospitality is voor jou geen jobomschrijving, maar een manier van werken. Als Receptionist ben je het visitekaartje van een internationaal advieskantoor in Brussel. Je ontvangt directieleden, klanten en gasten zoals je dat in een goed hotel zou doen: attent, discreet en altijd een stap vooruit. Je werkt samen met een team van receptionisten en flexibele collega’s die op verschillende plaatsen worden ingezet, en je levert een niveau van service dat zich kan meten met dat van andere grote kantoren in Europa.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Front Office & Hospitality Officer:

  • Warm en professioneel onthalen van gasten, klanten en bezoekers op hoog niveau
  • Zorgen voor een persoonlijke, gastvrije ervaring van aankomst tot vertrek
  • Behandelen van inkomende telefoons en mails
  • Aanmaken en verstrekken van tijdelijke badges en opvolgen van de bezoekersregistratie
  • Vergaderzalen boeken, klaarzetten en verzorgen, inclusief catering en bijzondere wensen
  • Taxi’s, transport en andere reserveringen regelen voor gasten en medewerkers
  • Beheren van kantoormateriaal en bijbestellen waar nodig
  • Ondersteunen bij evenementen en klantenbezoeken
  • Zelfstandig afstemmen met je team en collega’s over de dagelijkse werking

De gezochte Receptionist:

  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in receptie, hospitality of onthaal in een internationale (corporate) omgeving. Ervaring in een luxe-omgeving of een internationaal kantoor is een grote troef
  • Uitstekende kennis van Engels, zeer goede kennis van Frans en Nederlands
  • Je bent oprecht gastvrij, attent en je geeft mensen een speciaal gevoel
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, bent proactief en neemt initiatief zonder dat je daarvoor moet worden aangespoord
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt graag samen in een team waarin collega’s op verschillende plaatsen worden ingezet
  • Je bent kritisch, diplomatisch en je houdt het hoofd koel bij ad-hocsituaties
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Een zeer verzorgd voorkomen en een professionele, representatieve uitstraling
  • Werken in volgend uurrooster: Ma-do: 11:00–19:00, Vrij: 10:00 - 18:00
