Voor een stabiele en groeiende onderneming met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in grondwerken, afbraakwerken en omgevingswerken is Synergie op zoek naar een gemotiveerde handlanger bouw.Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar samenwerking, veiligheid en vakmanschap centraal staan. Geen enkele werkdag is hetzelfde en je krijgt alle kansen om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen op de werf.

Als handlanger bouw ondersteun je jouw collega's bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden op verschillende werven.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Assisteren bij grondwerken en afbraakwerken.
  • Ondersteunen bij omgevingswerken en de opstart van werven.
  • Materialen aanbrengen en voorbereiden voor de werkzaamheden.
  • Meehelpen bij diverse praktische taken op de werf.
  • Indien je ervaring hebt, kan je ook ingezet worden voor het bedienen van een kraan.
  • Samen met je collega's zorgen voor een veilige, ordelijke en efficiënte werkomgeving.
  • Je werkt graag buiten, ongeacht het seizoen.
  • Fysiek werk schrikt jou niet af.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en werkt graag samen in team.
  • Ervaring in de bouwsector is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw motivatie is minstens even belangrijk.
  • Attesten binnen de bouwsector zijn een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met een kraan is een extra troef.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands zodat je veilig kan samenwerken op de werf.
