Jobomschrijving

Heb jij een goede kennis van HSE-wetgeving? Heb jij daarnaast ervaring in een industriële omgeving? Dan ben jij misschien de persoon die wij zoeken. Voor een bedrijf in Olen zijn wij op zoek naar een HSE manager/supervisor.

Jouw takenpakket:

HSE Manager (50%)

  • Implementeer, onderhoud en verbeter HSE-beleid en -systemen volgens bedrijfsnormen en lokale regelgeving.
  • Voer risicoanalyses, incidentonderzoeken, veiligheidsaudits en werkplekinspecties uit.
  • Leid HSE-trainingen, bewustwordingsinitiatieven en noodvoorbereidingen op de werkvloer.
  • Monitor en rapporteer HSE-prestaties, identificeer trends en neem corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Bevorder een sterke veiligheidscultuur met focus op betrokkenheid en verantwoordelijkheid.

Production Supervisor (50%)

  • Ondersteun de productiechef in de dagelijkse planning en uitvoering van productieactiviteiten.
  • Help met administratieve en operationele taken zoals planning, rapportage en documentatie.
  • Zorg ervoor dat productieactiviteiten voldoen aan veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en operationele standaarden.
  • Monitor en verbeter productieprestaties om efficiëntie te verhogen en stilstand te verminderen.
  • Bied begeleiding en ondersteuning aan productiemedewerkers en los operationele uitdagingen op.
  • Werk nauw samen met andere teams (onderhoud, kwaliteit, logistiek) voor optimale werking en continue verbetering.

Veiligheid: Zorg voor een veilige werkomgeving en leid hierin met voorbeeldgedrag.Kwaliteit: Waarborg dat de productie voldoet aan interne normen en klantvereisten.Efficiëntie: Draag bij aan procesoptimalisatie en operationele excellentie.

  • Als supervisor/HSE manager heb je een goede kennis van HSE-wetgeving, normen en best practices.
  • Heb je ervaring in een voedings-, veevoeder- of gelijkaardige gereguleerde productieomgeving? Dat is een plus.
  • Sterke organisatorische, analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden met een samenwerkende leiderschapsstijl.
