Voor onze klant dat momenteel 3 lijnverantwoordelijkheden in dienst heeft, zijn we op zoek naar de geknipte 4de persoon.

Jouw opleiding zal worden voorzien door ervaren medewerkers, daarna ga je zelf aan de slag als leidinggevende.

Jouw taak bestaat eruit om de productie vlot te laten verlopen, dit kan gaan van het instellen van de machines tot het aansturen van zo'n 8 tot 10 arbeiders aan de productielijn. Jij bent het 1ste aanspreekpunt bij eventuele problemen, gaande van een machinebreuk tot een collega in jouw team dat verlof wil nemen of onvoorzien afwezig is.

Je bent technisch onderlegd en hebt ervaring binnen een industriële productie omgeving.

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar een kandidaat die stevig in zijn schoenen staat en graag werkt binnen een multiculturele omgeving.

  • Je kan met jouw team vlot communiceren in het Nederlands & Engels
  • Een 1ste ervaring met productieplanning & aansturen van medewerkers is wel aangewezen
  • Fysiek werk vormt geen probleem voor jou
  • Je bent technisch onderlegd en hebt ervaring met het instellen & bedienen van productiemachines
  • Het schrikt jou niet af om jouw verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen en mee te draaien in productie indien nodig
